Agnes J. Clarke

Visitation for Agnes J. Clarke (nee Sorensen), 96, of West Bend, Wisconsin, formerly of Palatine, Illinois, will be held Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass, 11:00 a.m., at St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine, IL.  Father Tom Rzepiela will officiate.  The Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine, IL.

Agnes was born August 9, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois, and she passed away September 28, 2014 in West Bend, Wisconsin.

Agnes was the beloved wife of the late Edward P. Clarke; loving mother of John (Eve) Clarke and Ann (A. James) White and the late Lawrence Clarke; loving grandmother of Samantha Clarke, Sean Clarke, Rebecca Clarke, Brenda (Robert Dafnis) White, Nancy (Joshua) Hall and Tracey (Aaron) Smith; loving great-grandmother of Frederick Hall and Heather Smith; dear daughter of the late Peter and Mary (nee Cordak) Sorensen; fond sister of the late Joseph Sorensen.

In lieu of flowers, Masses would be appreciated, or memorials donated in her name to your favorite charity.
