Alan R. Gerstung

Alan R. Gerstung, 67, of Palatine passed away May 18, 2015.  He was born March 20, 1948 in Chicago, IL to Franklin and Elaine Gerstung.

A Memorial Luncheon will be on Sunday, June 7, 2015, 12 Noon at Manzo’s Banquets, 1571 S. Elmhurst Rd., Des Plaines.  If you plan to attend please text or call 847-401-7871

He is survived by his wife, Donna whom he married July 11, 1970 in Des Plaines.  In addition he is survived by his two sons, David (Emily) Gerstung and Steven (Heather Douglas) Gerstung; grandchildren, Johnathan, Jane, Brook, Ellie and Payton; step grandchild, Laney; siblings, Gary (Pamela) Gerstung and Jill (Harold) Goebbert; brother-in-law, Carl Prenner and sister-in-law, Mary Savage.
