Alan D. Wayman

Funeral Services for Alan D. Wayman, 80, of Hoffman Estates, will be private.

Alan was born on May 27, 1943 to Henry and Kathleen Wayman.  He passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 10, 2024.

Alan is survived by his loving wife, Sharlene Gordon; dear son, David; daughter, Tracy; grandchildren, Matt, Alex, Corey, Reagan and David junior.

Alan went to Schurz high school and owned AWAY printing in Niles. He boated for many years on Lake Michigan and Fox Lake. His other passion was classic cars and he enjoyed cruising, going to cruise nights and car shows with his Corvette.

He was a regular at Spunky donuts in Palatine since his retirement and has many friends there.

He will be missed.
