Alfred W. Pedersen

Memorial Visitation for Alfred Wendelbo Pedersen, 86, of Palatine, will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015 from 9:00 a.m.. until the time of the Memorial Service, 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine.

Alfred was born September 28, 1928 in Chicago and passed away August 5, 2015 in Arlington Heights.

He graduated St. Gregory High School, Chicago and Loyola University, Chicago.

He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Korean War and a longtime member of St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church in Palatine.

He was the beloved husband of Marilyn Pedersen (nee Mooney); loving father of Robert (Josie) Pedersen, Stephen (Brenda) Pedersen, William Pedersen, David (Noreen) Pedersen, Christine (Scott) Ocheltree and the late Karen Bornholt; loving grandfather of 12; loving great-grandfather of 1; dear son of the late Alfred C. and Esther (nee Remus) Pedersen; and father-in-law of Stephen Bornholt.
