Born in Niles Center, IL on April 10, 1920 to Henry and Antonette (nee Richard) Matter, Amelia died Saturday, November 1, 2014 in Barrington.

She is the Loving Wife of the late, Carl Potts.  Amelia is survived by her children; Henry (Karen) Potts, Carla Murray and Donald Potts.  Grandchildren; Carl Potts, Gerald (Sarah) Potts, Amber (James) Quist, Muriel Filas, and Barry Stephans.  She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.

Amelia is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
