Annette B. Ostrowsky

A Memorial Visitation for Annette Barbara Ostrowsky, 51, of Palatine, will be held Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service, 12:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  Deacon Tom Dunne will officiate.  The Interment was private.

Annette was born February 16, 1965 in Chicago, and she passed away unexpectedly, Friday August 12, 2016 at home in Palatine.

Beloved wife of Steven H. Excell; dear daughter of Jeanette (nee Koseiukiewibz) Ostrowsky and the late Zenon Ostrowsky; fond sister of Michelle (Steve) Stunkel and the late Carla Breedlove; loving aunt of Madison Stunkel; sister-in-law of Jason Breedlove.
