Visitation for Bernice A. Sanchez, 95, of Libertyville will he held on Sunday, October 22, 2023 from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, with a memorial service at 12:30 PM at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. Interment will be private.

She was born on October 21, 1927 in Boston, MA and passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023 in Lake Zurich.

Bernice is the wife of the late John Pemstein; sister of Judy Kalmus of Florida; mother of the late William “Bill” (Eileen Maloney) Pemstein of Lake Zurich, IL and Ron (Ann) Pemstein of AZ, grandmother of Daniel (Laura), Brady John, Riley Martin and Nolan Patrick Pemstein, great grandmother of Desmond and Kieran; and daughter of the late Harry and Molly Singer.
