Betty R. Phillips

Visitation for Betty R. Phillips (nee Periman), 84, of Lake Zurich, will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service, 11: 00 am at Salem United Methodist Church, 115 West Lincoln Avenue, Barrington, IL.  A Private burial will follow at Roselawn Memory Gardens, Delavan, WI.

Betty died on Thursday, February 9, 2017.  She was preceded in death by husbands Earl Simons, married on January 27, 1951, and Eugene Phillips, married from March 22, 1969 until January 17, 2015.

She is survived by her son, Roger E. Simons of Walworth, WI, 3 grandsons and numerous great grand children, sisters, Eileen Loomer of Williamsbay, WI, N. Grace Mathews of Lake Geneva, WI, Linda K. White of Lake in the Hills, IL, Wanda L. Sandersfeld of Sun City, AZ and brother, Kenneth G. Periman of Oswego, IL.
