Blaine B. Sandona

Visitation for Blaine B. Sandona, 71, of Palatine since 1968, will be held Monday, May 11, 2015, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2015, 10:30 a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home.  The Interment will be private.

Blaine was born June 27, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, and he passed away Tuesday, May 5, 2015 in Largo, Florida.

Blaine was a U.S. Army Veteran and a loyal supporter of Boy Scout Troop 69.  He was a dedicated Insurance Agent for American Family Insurance Company.

Beloved husband of Suzanne P. Sandona (nee Kester), loving father of  Bradley (Victoria) Sandona and Sean (Erin) Sandona; loving grandfather of  Michael and Jerry Sandona; dear son of the late Bruno Sandona and the late Catherine (nee Haila) and his late step-father Robert Tarnow; fond brother of Diane (Alan) Tarnow Goldstick and the late Allan Ehrhart.  He is also survived by a large and loving extended family.
