Boubene M. Jaremus

A Memorial Visitation for Boubene M. Jaremus, 93, a long time resident of North Barrington will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 from 3:00 pm until the time of the Military Service, 5:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.

He was born on October 28, 1923 in Libertyville, IL and passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017.

Boubene was a WWII Army Veteran with the 113th AAA Gun Battalion serving 36 months over seas.  After the war he graduated from University of Illinois with a Mechanical Engineering degree.

He was the beloved husband of the late Renee A.; father of Dr. Kent (Beth) and Alan Jaremus; grandfather of Troy Conrad Jaremus; brother of Velora (Bob) Wilhelm.  He enjoyed making pickles and managing his wood burning stove, riding motorcycles and flying airplanes.  Living life always with a positive attitude and enjoying every day to its fullest.
