Carl E. Arthur

A Memorial Visitation for Carl E. Arthur, 77, of Palatine, will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 12:00pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 2:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine. The Interment will be held privately at a later date.

Carl was a small business owner in Palatine until his retirement. He was active in the community and supported The Bridge, Palatine Park Foundation, and Northwest Special Recreation Association and Special Leisure Services Foundation. He was a loving and supportive father and husband who will be missed greatly by his family and friends.

Carl is survived by his wife, Grace (nee Chizmar) and children, Jonathan (Katrina) Arthur and Lisa Arthur; one brother, residing in Pennsylvania, William Scott (Dana) Arthur and his niece, Jennifer Arthur.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William Emerson and Evelyn Arthur.
