Carl P. Youngquist

Visitation for Carl P. Youngquist, 57, of Palatine since 1989, will be held Saturday, April 15, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, 4:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  The Interment will be private.

Carl was born January 4, 1960 in Chicago, and he passed away, unexpectedly, Wednesday, April 12, 2017 in Arlington Heights.

He worked construction and was a drywaller.  His walls were works of precision and art.  His passion was his work.  Carl made friends wherever he went and was known for his kindness and humor.

Beloved husband of Joy L. Youngquist (nee Andrews), dear brother of John (Dawn) Youngquist and Janet Youngquist; fond uncle of Cristina (Michael) Cournyea and Jill Kjonso; great-uncle of Zachary, Nathan, Logan and Austin; dear son of the late John and Margaret (nee Kamradt) Youngquist.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to your favorite charity.
