Carmela M. Gabl

Visitation for Carmela M. Gabl, 86, of Palatine, formerly of Arlington Heights, will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  Prayers will be said at 9:30 am on Saturday also at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Thomas of Villanova Church, 1201 E. Anderson Dr., Palatine, for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 am.  The Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove.

She was born on November 26, 1930 in Chicago and passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 in Arlington Heights.

She was a dedicated choir member at St. Thomas of Villanova for over 50 years.

Carmela is the beloved wife of the late George Sr.; mother of Judy (Paul) Marszalek and the late Mary and George Jr.; grandmother of Nichole, Aaron (Mayte), Justin and Sarah.
