Carolyn F. Zaprev

Memorial Visitation for Carolyn  F. Zaprev (nee Ballog), 74, of Chicago, will be held Sunday, December 20, 2015, from 2:00 pm until the time of the Memorial Service, 4:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.

Carolyn was born September 23, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio and she passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015 in Winfield, Illinois.

Beloved wife of the late David K. Zaprev; loving mother of  David K. Zaprev; loving grandmother of  Marissa Zaprev and Zachary Zaprev; dear daughter of the late Andrew and Ethyel (nee Ziga) Ballog; fond sister of Doris (late: Albert) Dezurko, Sally (Robert) Garber, Patricia (Donald) Lacey and the late Frederick, Norma and Donald.
