Visitation for Catherine D. Brown (nee Almblad), 58, of Barrington will be from 3:00pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 8:00pm on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be private.

She was born on March 26, 1956 in Morton Grove, IL and passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2015 at home.

Catherine was the beloved wife of Jeffrey; mother of Douglas and Kelsey; daughter of Roger and Dorothy Almblad; sister of Linda (Tom) Flatley; aunt of Nicholas and the late Tom Flatley; daughter-in-law of Barbara (Jack) Mallard.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be appreciated to Journeycare Hospice, 405 Lake Zurich Road, Barrington, IL 60010.
