Celeste M. Bochat

Visitation for Celeste M. Bochat (nee Del Moro), 82, of Palatine for 50 years will be held on Sunday, November 3, 2019 from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Prayers will be said at 9:30 AM on Monday, also at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine, for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. An Entombment will take place at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

Celeste was born on July 2, 1937 in Chicago and passed away, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Her interests included traveling with family, crochet, scrapbooking, genealogy. She was a Bavarian Crème doughnut lover with witty one liner’s and had a sassy sense of humor. She was also a co-owner of several businesses.

Loving mother of Jeanine (William Van De Hey) Wilson, James and Karen (Kenneth) Roiland; cherished grandma of Thomas, Alexander and Joseph Bochat and Nichole and Elizabeth Roiland; great grandma of Alexis Bochat; daughter of the late Alfred and Josephine (nee Capocci) Del Moro; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
