A Visitation for Charles “Chuck” J. Thomas Jr., 78. of Wauconda will be from 4:00pm until 8:00pm with a Funeral Service held at 7:00pm on Monday, April 15, 2013 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home , 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. The interment will be private.

He was born July 13, 1934 in Norfolk, VA and passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2013 in Lake Zurich.

Charles was the beloved husband of Jan (nee Duncan); father of Sharon VerPlancke, Susan (Douglas) Louch, and Charles J. (Jane) Thomas III; grandfather of Jeffrey VerPlancke, Anthony (Megan) VerPlancke, Melody VerPlancke, Lucas Louch, Kayla Louch, Colton Thomas, Kelsey Thomas and Hannah Thomas; great grandfather of Austin, Aaliyah, Coraline and Cullen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated, to the Alzheimer’s Association 8430 W. Bryn Mawr, S-800, Chicago, IL 60631.
