Charlotte was born on May 13, 1933 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late John and Lottie (nee Mohrs) Jethon and passed away on Wednesday evening, November 19, 2014 in Lake Zurich, IL.

Charlotte is survived by her beloved husband of 63 years, Donald G. Lutzow; loving children Katherine (Larry) Munro, Michael (Nora), Mark (Betty) and the late Thomas Lutzow; cherished grandmother of Kimberly Victorine, Kristen (Neal) Deacon, Matthew (Laura), Jeffrey and Mark Lutzow, Jr.; great grandmother of Kyra, Mason, Jackson and Emmie; dear sister of Joan (late Gene) Schmid; nieces Pamela Schmid and Connie (Jerry) Vivado.
