Clifford Benjamin Jr.

A small private Service for Clifford “Cliff” Benjamin Jr. of Lake Zurich, will be held in Florida, but your thoughts and prayers at this time, are appreciated.

Cliff passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018 and was born in Sparta, Illinois on January 23, 1940.

He graduated from Ela Vernon High School where he met his wife, Kay, his high school sweetheart. They were married on October 28, 1961.

Cliff was a successful business owner in Lake Zurich, operating an automotive repair shop for 38 years. He had a knack for fixing anything, providing help to family and friends whenever needed. Cliff enjoyed racing cars in his youth but when his daughters came a long his hobbies switch to hunting, fishing, golf and shooting skeet.

Cliff is survived by his daughters Kris (Darrin) Kuster and Ann Minden. He was a loving papa to his 5 grandchildren, Kyle, Colin, Rachel, Jacob and Sarah. Cliff is also survived by his brother Robert Benjamin, sisters, Linda (Ron) Soos, Pat (David) Nielsen and brother-in-law, Don (Cassie) Snetsinger. Cliff is preceded in death by his wife, Kathaleen (Snetsinger) Benjamin, father, Clifford Benjamin Sr. and his mother Fay (Mudd) Benjamin.
