Dennis was always known for his hard work and dedication, his accomplishments in such a prestigious career showed his passion for his job. Dennis worked for United Airlines for 36 years. Originally Dennis started on the ramp and was a ticketing agent in Salt Lake City, UT, where he then moved to several managing roles in Chicago, IL and then later Cleveland, OH. Dennis transferred back to Chicago where over time he was promoted to run O’Hare International Airport. There Dennis excelled and became the Managing Director of the Operation Control Center where he was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of United Airlines. Dennis retired in 2002 but his passion and love for United never diminished. Even after his retirement, he was called upon for advice and help as his co-workers looked up to him and admired his work.

Dennis had a love for golf. When he wasn’t working you would often find him on the golf course enjoying those bright sunny days. Dennis was a member of the United Airlines Men's Golf League. Over his many years being a part of this prestigious team, he won many tournaments bringing home several Championship and 1st place trophies. Dennis was always eager to share his love of the sport with his family, often taking his wife and sons out on the course in his later years of playing.

Dennis had a strong desire to shield his family and was fiercely protective of them. He was driven to provide for his loved ones and he would go to any lengths to ensure his family's well-being.

Dennis will be missed by his family, but they find comfort in knowing that he has been reunited in Heaven with his beautiful wife, and the love of his life, Sally.
