Diana R. Galfano

Visitation for Diana R. Galfano (nee Ruffolo), 97, Lake Barrington formerly of Lake Zurich, will be held at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 from 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00PM.  The Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

Diana was the beloved wife of the late James; mother of Kathleen (Joseph) Clesceri and Dale Anderson; grandmother of Joseph (Maryann) Clesceri, Michael (Noelle) Clesceri, Vincent (Peggy) Clesceri, Christopher Clesceri, Sheri (Tim) Wolf and Leslie (Robert) Norris; great grandmother of Stephanie (Doug), Anna Mary, Hannah, Alison, Taylor, Isabella, Shayne and Emory; great great grandmother of Landon; sister of Jean Cifonie; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
