Dolores H. Weichmann

Visitation for Dolores H. Weichmann (nee Herrmann), 77, of Hawthorn Woods, will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, 12:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. The Interment will be private.

Dolores was born in Chicago and grew up in Glenview. She graduated from Marywood High School and attended Edgewood College, Madison, Wisconsin. In 2010 Dolores retired from Kemper.

Dolores and Ed started a family while he served in the Marine Corp. She raised her five independent and successful children in Lake Zurich.. Dolores remained in the family home after Ed died in 1998. She was a wonderful friend to many and was passionate and loving when it came to her family. Dolores found great joy with her pets and Orchids.

Dolores was the devoted wife of the late Edmund; loving mother of Suzanne (George) Pavlakis, Robert, Laura Cray, David (Amy), Erica (Shingo) Murata; devoted grandmother of Ryan Schulz, Daniel Weichmann, Alexandria Young, David Weichmann, Nicolas Pavlakis, Gregory Pavlakis, Josh Cray, Jacob Cray, Jayna Weichmann, Mina and Go Murata; loving sister of Joan (Gary) Burger, Bill (Sue) Herrmann, Cecile (John) Slattery; devoted aunt to her numerous nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
