Donald J. Buenzow

Memorial Services for Donald J. Buenzow, 80, a lifelong resident of Palatine, will be scheduled for a later date.

Donald was born July 18,1933 in Chicago and passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014.  He graduated from Palatine High School in 1952 and The University of Tulsa in 1957.  Don worked at Allstate Insurance for 32 years.  He is survived by his wife Nancy; sons Doug and David; son-in-law Henry Geisen; grandchildren Lindsay and Eric Geisen, Megan, Nick; Hannah Buenzow; and brother in law Loral Verhoeven.  He was preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Emma Buenzow, sister Lois Verhoeven and daughter Linda Geisen.
