Visitation for Donald W. Dvorak, 84, of Barrington, formerly of Boulder, CO will be from 5:00 pm until 7:30 pm, with a Memorial Service, 7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.

He was beloved husband of the late Eileen; father of Lynda (John) Canger; grandfather of Megan (Randy) Mikusa, Nicholas, Jessica; great grandfather of Lily and Katelyn; brother of Ruth Polanec and Nancy Lawrence; beloved uncle of James (Jean) McQuaid.
