Donna L. Oswald

Visitation for Donna L. Oswald (Reiland), 71, of McHenry, will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service, 1:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be private.

Donna was born December 26, 1945 in Chicago, and passed away surrounded by family, on July 18, 2017, at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.

Donna was the beloved wife of Peter C. Reiland; loving mother of Debbie Ann Wintczak and her fur-children, Ollie and Miss Kitty, and the late Bubba, Moosie, Gus, and Buddy.  She was the loving grandmother of Brittani Taylor Rose (Shane); dear daughter of the late John and Betty (nee Magers) Oswald; fond sister of Gary (Emily) Oswald, Deb Oswald and the late Terry Oswald; and caring aunt and great-aunt to many.

Donna’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family and pets, traveling, cooking, and reading.  She loved volunteering at school for both her daughter and granddaughter and helping endangered and homeless animals.
