Dorothy Goodwin

Visitation for Dorothy Goodwin (nee Dick), 93, of Palatine, formerly of Chicago, will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 9:30 am until the time of the Funeral Mass, 10:30 am at St. Joseph Home for the Elderly, 80 W. Northwest Hwy. Palatine.  The Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery in River Grove.

She was born on January 27, 1923 in Chicago, IL and passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at St. Joseph Home.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter Judy Gajewski of Arlington Heights; grandmother of Daniel  Gajewski and Jennifer Schatz; great grandmother of Daniel and Stephanie Schatz, Taylor, D.J. and Haley Gajewski.  She is preceded in death by her husband Harold E., two sons Kenneth and Robert Goodwin and grandson David Gajewski.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated in memory of Mrs. Dorothy Goodwin, for Little Sisters of the Poor C/O St. Joseph Home for the Elderly, 80 W. Northwest Hwy., Palatine, IL 60067.
