Dr. J. Daniel Hoobchaak Dds,

Visitation for J. Daniel “Dan” Hoobchaak, will be held on Friday, August 7, 2015 from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.

Daniel is the beloved husband of Suzanne (nee Sobotkiewicz) for 38 years; son of Joseph Hoobchaak and Anna Kozinchuk, now deceased; loving father of Evan (Elizabeth) and Natalya (Chad) Bright; cherished grandfather of Elle and Daniel Hoobchaak and Camden Bright; brother of Michael (Oksana) and Mary (Nicholas) Xanders; uncle to many nieces and nephews and devoted owner of Lilly.

His culinary expertise, humor and guitar music will be sorely missed.
