Dr. Ronald L. Hudec

Visitation for Dr. Ronald Lewis Hudec, will be Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  Funeral Services will begin, 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 8, 2017 at the funeral home.  An Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

Ronald was born November 4, 1930 in Chicago, and passed away, surrounded by his family, Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

He was beloved husband of Alice M. Hudec (nee Otto); loving father of Ronald Jr. (Bonnie) Hudec, Mary Anne (Randall) Lawson, Margaret (late James) Duhamel, John (Carolyn) Hudec, Susan (Gregory) Spillane, Joseph (Diane) Hudec; loving grandfather of Andrew, Alex, Naomi, Nathan, Jason, David, Megan, Eric, Quinn, Allison, and Joseph Jr.  He was preceded in death by his father Joseph Hudec and his mother Blanche (nee Koukol) Hill.

Ronald was a dedicated physician in Rolling Meadows and Arlington Heights for 51 years.  He loved spending time with his family, being a doctor, and playing pinochle.  He was a devoted Cubs fan and enjoyed being by the river.
