Dwayne M. Wolski

Visitation for Dwayne M. Wolski, 57, of Wauconda, will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 4:00 until 8:00pm. Due to Covid restrictions, please expect longer wait times. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 11:00am at St. Mary’s of the Annunciation in Mundelein. Graveside Services will immediately follow at Ascension Cemetery in Libertyville.

Dwayne was born on October 9, 1963 In Chicago, IL to Dolores and the late Roger Wolski.  He passed away suddenly from cardiac arrest on November 21, 2020.

Dwayne was the beloved husband of Ellen; adoring Papa to Logan and Emma. He is also survived by his mother, Dolores; brothers, Steven (Kathy), Brian, Marilyn (John), Mark (Laura).  Additionally, he was uncle to Jason (Jackie), Kristin (Russ), Tom, Eric, Scott, Alexandra, John, Samantha, Stevie, Daniel and Rachel; and great uncle to Isaac, Jackson, Devin and Eli.

Dwayne will be remembered for his laughter, kindness and the special way he made you feel like you knew him forever. His love for family and friends was extremely important to him. Dwayne would want his family and friends to be happy and laugh, even now. He had a way of making a joke just at the right moment, and always said, “well, you’ve got to have fun with life.” He loved to spend time with his family and friends, his dogs, watch movies and coach sports.

Words cannot express how much he will be missed. His legacy will live on in his children and his spirit in our hearts.
