Elaine M. Haren

A Memorial Visitation for Elaine M. Haren (nee Youngmann), 87, of Palatine since 1965, will be held Friday, May 29, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass, 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E. Anderson Drive, Palatine, IL 60074.  An Inurnment will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines.

Elaine was born February 12, 1928 in Chicago, and she passed away, Thursday, May 21, 2015 in Arlington Heights.

Elaine was a world traveler and loved to cook, member of the Palatine Historical Society; she worked at the world famous Weber Bakery, Chicago when she was a teenager and worked for United Airlines for 20 years; and very much loved by her family and friends.

Beloved wife of Robert E. Haren, loving mother of Linda (Jim) Mackey, Kathy (Jeff) Reimer and Robert (Ann) Haren; loving grandmother of Kevin Mackey, Kelly (Rob) Allen, Michael (Sarah) Peet, Jessica Reimer, Rebecca Reimer and Bret and Matthew Haren; loving great-grandmother of Madison Peet, Brayden Peet, Hadley Elyse  Reimer; dear daughter of the late Matthew and Anne (nee Tryner) Youngmann; fond sister of Lucille (late Thomas) Piotrowski, Kenneth (Eleanor) Youngmann and the late Matthew Youngmann.
