Visitation for Eleanor E. Falk, 100, will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 10:00a.m. until 11:00a.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. An Interment will follow at Irving Park Cemetery, Chicago, IL.

She was born September 11, 1917 in Chicago, IL and passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018.

Eleanor is the beloved wife of the late Raymond and mother of Carl (Patricia).
