Elizabeth “Betty” A. Blau

Visitation for Elizabeth “Betty” A. Blau (nee Mihalik), 90, of Lake Zurich for 67 years, will be on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 10:00am until the time of the Celebration of Life Service, 11:00am at St. Peter United Church of Christ, 47 Church Street, Lake Zurich.  The Interment will be private.

She was born on August 7, 1925 in Streator, IL and passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 in JourneyCare in Barrington, IL.

Betty was the beloved wife Dale F.; mother of Joyce (Pat Feehan) Blau, Bradley Blau, and Teryl (Fred) Martin; grandmother of Melissa (Randy) Abbott, Frederick IV (Megan) Martin, Rachel (Cory) Brumfield and Lauren (Lewis) Hutcheons; great grandmother of James and Brooklyn Abbott and Flynn and Gwenn Martin; sister of the late Mary, Ann, Helen, Emma, Irene and Margaret; aunt of many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to St. Peter United Church of Christ, 47 Church Street, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
