Services and Interment for, Ellarita M. Wolfe, will be private. Private family Services will be held October 23, 2020. A celebration of her life for close friends and family will also be held in the spring of 2021, to honor Ellarita.
Born March 24, 1930 in Chicago, Il. Our Dearest Mother, Ellarita “El” (nee Mills) Wolfe; Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, and Friend found her rest September 29, 2020, in Palatine, IL.
After a long life of service and unfailing kindness, Ellarita surrendered her breath surrounded by loved ones in the year of COVID 19 via Skype while in the loving care of the Little Sisters of the Poor of Palatine, IL.
Daughter of John Stuart Mills (d) and Loretta (nee Quinn) Mills (d), Sister of Mary Loretto (nee Mills) Mayer (d), Geraldine (nee Mills) Quinn (d), and John Stuart Mills (d), Beloved and faithful wife of John “Jack” Pershing Wolfe (6/20/1926-11/15/2019) to whom she was married for 68 years. Faithful and devoted mother of Mary Ann (nee Wolfe) Breisch (Jack), Lizbeth Wolfe (Gary Shanafelt), Michael (Molly) Wolfe, Theresa Wolfe. Beloved Grandmother of David Ranucci, Benjamin Breisch (d), Sarah (nee Breisch) Berry, Brendan Wolfe, Maura Wolfe, Danny Wolfe, and Ryan Wolfe. Great grandmother of Johnathan Ranucci. Aunt of many cherished nieces and beloved nephews.
We love you. We thank you. May your soul be happy and know peace. We remember above all your kindness, your brightness, a spiritual seeker, curious and scholarly, sparking sweet and unexpected humor, the sparkle in your eyes, and your voice like an angel. We will miss, honor, and remember you, and live good lives because of you.
