Eugene “Gene” M. Golden

Visitation for Eugene “Gene” Michael Golden, 56, of Lake Zurich, will be held Thursday, January 15, 2015 from 3:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  Visitation will continue Friday, January 16, 2015 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Rd., Lake Zurich, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m.  An Interment will be held at All Saints Catholic Cemetery in Des Plaines.  Father David Ryan will officiate.

Gene was born May 5, 1958 in Elmhurst, Ill. and he passed away January 13, 2015 in Barrington, IL.

He loved to fish and travel with his family.

Gene was the beloved husband of Ann Golden (nee Brammer); loving father of Erik Golden and Krystyna Golden; dear son of the late John and Eleanor (nee Noonan) Golden; fond brother of John (late Maureen) Golden, William Golden, Richard (Nancy) Golden and Maureen (Jack) Emmons.
