Frances passed away on July 26, 2016 in the care of Northwest Community Hospital surrounded by her family.

She is the beloved wife of late Calvin W. Banks and survived by her children, James L. (Karen) Banks, Carla Russell and Denise A. (Richard) Rigamonti, 9 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren and her close friends.
