George J. Khoury

Visitation for George Jamil Khoury, 79, of Palatine will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2015, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine.  The Funeral Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, Palatine.  An Interment will follow at Union Cemetery, Palatine.

George was born January 15, 1936, in Bethlehem, Palestine, and he passed away unexpectedly December 4, 2015 in Elmhurst.  He was loved and cherished by all who knew him.  His kindness and generosity will sadly be missed, while happy memories of him will always remain.

Beloved husband of Penny M. Khoury (nee Winter); loving father of George (Mary Beth) Khoury, Paul (Jeannie) Khoury and Amy (Jeff) Mainzer; loving grandfather of Caitlin and Kyle Khoury, Trevor and Ethan Khoury, and Samantha and Jake Mainzer; dear son of the late Jamil and Mary (nee Baraskiva) Khoury; fond brother of Christo (Carol) Khoury, Ellen (Ramsey) Cronfel, the late Costandi (Nancy) Khoury, the late Michael (late Karen) Khoury; and loving Uncle to many nieces and nephews.
