Glenn A. Herczeg

Visitation for Glenn A. Herczeg, 73, of Lake Zurich, will be held Friday, June 26, 2015 from 10:00 a.m until 1:00 p.m.at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, with a procession to the cemetery following the visitation.

Glenn was born January 5, 1942 in Chicago, and he passed away, Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington.

Most of all, Glenn was a family man; and his wife and children meant everything to him.   He enjoyed sports and coaching his children’s sports teams for over 30 years.  He liked going for drives on a nice Sunday afternoon.  Also, he was an avid Chicago Blackhawk’s fan.

He was the beloved husband of Virginia G. Herczeg; loving father of  Robert (Andrea) Herczeg, Susan (Craig) Emery and Michael Herczeg; loving grandfather of Jack and Brock Herczeg and Owen and Micaela O’Halleran; dear son of the late Edward F. and Betsy Mae (nee Roberts) Ganschow.
