Gloria D. Napolitano

Funeral services for Gloria D. Napolitano, 82, a long time resident of Inverness, will be held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  An interment will follow at Mt. CarmelCemetery in Hillside.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at the funeral home from 3:00PM until 9:00PM.

Gloria was born on November 17, 1930 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late George and Teresa (nee Eiler) Galion and passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 21, 2013.

Gloria enjoyed volunteering and serving at the Twice Blessed and Catch Penny resale shops.  Most important in Gloria’s life was the love she had for her family.

Gloria is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years Leo J. Napolitano; her loving children Anne (Jeff) Nightlinger, Tina, Laura, Sandra and Joseph (Mary) Napolitano; her cherished grandchildren Amanda and Nicole Storin, Jeffrey and Sara Nightlinger and Isabelle Napolitano; also survived by her dear sister Elaine Hatton.
