Grace V. Rocco

Visitation for Grace V. Rocco, 95, of Palatine and former longtime resident of Rolling Meadows, will be from 3:00PM until 8:00PM on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  The Funeral Services will begin with Prayers on Thursday, August 11, 2016, 9:00AM, also at the funeral home, proceeding to St. Colette Catholic Church, 3900 S. Meadow Drive, Rolling Meadows, for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM.  The Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Palatine.

Grace was born on July 5, 1921 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Albert and Mary (nee Sinda) Shank and passed away on Thursday, August 04, 2016.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph Rocco; loving mother of Carroll (Edward Jr.) Burchert and the late Jo Anna (Vito) Carnesecchi; cherished grandmother of Edward (Kathleen) Burchert, David (Barbara) Burchert, Julia (Robert) Michel, John (Ashley) Burchert and Anthony (Melanie) Carnesecchi and Joseph Carnesecchi; great grandmother of 15; dear sister of Albert (Late Helen) Shank and the late Lillian Browning; sister-in-law, Sylvia Heuser; niece, Judy (Larry) Mackey; and nephew, Albert Shank Jr.
