Hannah Mary Mcpartlan

A Visitation for Hannah Mary McPartlan, 21, of Lake Zurich, will be held Monday, from 3:00pm until 9:00pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.  Prayers will be said Tuesday, February 4, 2014, 9:30am, proceeding to St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 33 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich, for a 10:00am Funeral Mass.  Father David Ryan will officiate.  The Interment will take place in Transfiguration Cemetery, Wauconda.

Hannah was born February 5, 1992 in Arlington Heights, and passed away unexpectedly, January 30, 2014.  She was a student at the University of St. Francis College, Joliet, IL.

Survivors include her parents, Patrick and Theresa (nee Clarke) McPartlan, brothers, Patrick and Owen McPartlan; grandparents, Esther (late Laurence) Clarke and Joe (late Hannah) McPartlan; aunts and uncles, Margaret (Tony) Murphy, Michael McPartlan, Laurence (Nanci) Clarke, Kathleen (Ronald) Haaker, Danny (Pam) Clarke, Patrick (Cathleen) Clarke and Michael (Jennifer) Clarke; and many cousins and friends.
