Henry E. Claeson

The Memorial Visitation for Henry E. “Hank” Claeson, a resident of Inverness since 1958, will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2015 from 1:00PM until the time of the Memorial Service, 3:00PM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy., Palatine.  The Interment will be private.

Hank was born on February 1, 1931 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Claes Persson and Clara Augusta (nee Johnson) Claeson and passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 2, 2015.

Hank was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Korea.

Hank worked in the electronics industry prior to starting his own business, Claeson Associates, which he operated successfully until his retirement.

Beloved husband of 58 years of Marjorie Anne (nee Nugent) Claeson; loving father of Debra (Kevin) Willmann and Leslie (Late John) Hanlon; cherished grandfather of Paul, Benjamin (Krista) and Elizabeth Willmann, Nathan, Jack, Daniel and Kelly Hanlon; also surviving are nieces and nephews; preceded in death by his brother Herbert Claeson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Hank, would be appreciated for Midwest Hospice, 2050 Claire Court, Glenview, IL 60025.
