Howard “Trey” D. Fountain Iii

A celebration of Trey’s life will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine. The Interment will be on Thursday, June 20, 2019, 12:00p.m., at Memory Gardens Cemetery, 2501 E. Euclid Avenue, Arlington Heights.

Howard “Trey” Duane Fountain III, 25, of Long Grove, passed away on June 7, 2019, at home.

Trey is survived by his parents Howard Duane (Corrine) Fountain Jr. and Julie Ann (Randall) Branham (née Burger); Grandparents Raymond (Diane) Burger and Elizabeth “Betsy” Ladener; Aunts and Uncles Michael (Denise) Fountain, Cheryl Fountain, Michelle (Larry) Pulec, Steven Fountain, David Fountain, Richard Fountain, Raymond Fountain, Steven (Julie) Burger and Christopher (Victoria) Burger. He was also loved by his many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents Howard Duane (Dorothy) Fountain Sr. and his Aunt Vicki Fountain.

Trey was a 2012 graduate of Conant High School in Hoffman Estates. He was always one to try to help others, a great listener and was always there to support a friend in need.

Trey was taken from all of us way too soon. He will forever be in our hearts. May he now Rest In Peace.
