Ilio Pacini

Ilio Pacini passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 83. His passing has left a deep void in the hearts of his family, friends, and colleagues.

He was born on May 12, 1939, in Lucca, Italy, to Attila and Sebastiano Pacini. Ilio immigrated first to Brazil, where he worked for several years, and then moved to the United States in pursuit of the American dream.

Ilio’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to pursue a career in real estate management in Chicago. He built a thriving business, respected by tenants and beloved by friends and family. He was a visionary who believed in the power of community and the importance of creating spaces that people would love to call home.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ianthy Pacini, and is survived by his two sons, Michael Pacini of Chicago and Benedict Volk and his wife Kimberly of New York City. He was a kind, generous, and loving man who had a profound impact on the lives of those around him.

Ilio’s legacy will continue to live on through his surviving sons, Michael and Benedict. They, along with his extended family, friends, and tenants, will miss Ilio dearly. His passing is a great loss to the world, but his memory will be forever cherished by those who knew him.
