A Memorial Visitation for Ingeborg (Christensen) Bo-Hansen, 96, a resident of Palatine for 57 years, will be held on February 13, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until time of the Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Ingeborg Bo-Hansen was born November 26, 1926 in Trondheim, Norway. At 24 years old she bravely immigrated alone to Chicago to reside with her American aunt and uncle. In 1961 she met her loving husband, Jørgen Bo-Hansen, and began raising a family. She embraced her Norwegian heritage and loved to share her traditions to family and friends. Ingeborg enjoyed cooking, arts & crafts, gardening, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Ingeborg is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie (Charlie) Tsatsos; son, Erik (Melissa) Bo-Hansen; and grandchildren, Michelle (Ben) Modde & George Tsatsos and Molly, Carly & Gunnar Bo-Hansen.

She is preceded in death by her husband Jørgen Bo-Hansen. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will sadly miss her.
