Jeremy A. Soland

A Memorial Visitation for Jeremy Andrew Soland, 18, of Hoffman Estates will be on Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 12:00 PM until the time of the Memorial Service, 2:00 PM at Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Hwy, Palatine.  Interment will be private.

Jeremy was born in Barrington on March 8, 1998 to Jeff Soland and Judy Severs.  He passed away at his home on Monday, September 12, 2016.

Jeremy was a 2016 graduate of Fremd High School.  He will be remembered as an avid gamer, someone who was always smiling and trying to make others happy.  

In addition to his parents, he is survived by siblings, Josh, Jenny and Joey; and his paternal grandfather, Donald.  He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles.  

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Loretta Soland and his maternal grandparents, John R., Sr. and June Severs.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
