Joan Regul

Visitation for Joan Regul, 79, of Palatine, will be held Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, Palatine.  Prayers will be said Wednesday, October 30, 2013, 9:30 a.m., at the funeral home with the Funeral Mass following at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas of Villanova Catholic Church, 1201 E. Anderson Dr., also in Palatine.  The Interment will be in St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.

Joan was born February 5, 1934 in Chicago, and she passed away October 26, 2013 with her family.

She was the loving mother of Michael Regul, Stephen Regul, David Regul, Timothy Regul, Terrence Regul, Kathleen (Gregory) Vogler, Sharon (Andrew) Gedvilas, Nancy Regul and Laurie (Todd) Evans; loving grandmother of 20; and loving great-grandmother of 12.

Joan was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin F. Regul; her parents, Carl Benjamin and Gladys (nee Hartkop) Duhn; and her brothers, Carl B. Duhn Jr. and William Duhn.
