Jose “Joe” A. Escamilla

Visitation for Jose “Joe” A. Escamilla, 69, Lake Zurich, will be held on Thursday. April 14, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, with a Memorial Service, 7:00 pm at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich.

He was born on August 5, 1946 in Big Wells, TX and passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at home surrounded by his family.

Joe was a Vietnam War Army veteran and recipient of two purple hearts.

He was the beloved husband of Alice (nee Franco); father of Natalie (Joe) Klusek and Lisa Escamilla; grandfather of Alyssa and Ava Klusek; brother of Julian (Linda), Bertha Wilson, Jesse (Ana), Connie, Eva Parrish, Ramiro (Rachel); loving uncle of many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; Julian and Margarita and brother, Reymundo.
