Joseph H. Chambers

Visitation for Joseph H. Chambers, 70, of Huntley, will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service, 1:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 201 N. Northwest Highway, Palatine. The Interment will be private.

On Wednesday, September 18, 2019, Joseph H. Chambers passed away at the age of 70.

Joe was a loving father, husband and friend to many. He is survived by his three children, Kelly Broz, Stacy Chambers, Joe Chambers and his wife, Anita; their mother Suzie; his five grandchildren, Brooke, Andrew, Zack, Max and Layla; his wife, Robin and her two children, Andrea and her husband Donald Matker and Michael Stephanidis; her five grandchildren, Jason, Hannah, Allison, Joshua and Malina. Joe is also survived by many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. This list of loved ones is incomplete because it does not include the vast number of individuals whom Joe welcomed into his life and considered family.

Joe was a veteran of the U.S. military, Army branch. Professionally, he founded ChicagoStyle Weddings in 1987, which became a successful family business. Socially, Joe filled the room with many friends and family. Spending time with him meant lots of spirited discussions and good laughs. Joe was passionate about sports. He absolutely loved golf and coached youth football in Palatine for many years. Joe was a touchstone for so many. We are grateful for the generous love he shared with us all.
