Kenneth B. Ellis

A Memorial Visitation for Kenneth B. Ellis, 82, of Palatine for 30 years, will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the Memorial Service, 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, Palatine. The Interment will be private.

Ken was born on June 23, 1936 in Chattanooga, TN and passed away on December 8, 2018.

Ken, an avid golfer, jokester, who will be known for always smiling, loved to travel and dance, will be deeply missed.

Ken is survived by his wife of 38 years, Sandra Ellis; his brother, Walter Ellis; his children, Shirley (Michael) Buentello and Stacey (Sam) Kaplanis; grandchildren, Danielle Ellis and Christopher (Monica) Mooring; and great-grandchildren, Michael, MaKenzie, Kara, and Preston.

He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Ellis; his grandsons, Steven Jr. and Jeremy; his siblings, Joyce Ellis and Jackie Ellis.
