Ken was born on December 20, 1931, to Walter and Lillian Zeuschner. He passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024.

Ken was born and raised on the northwest side of Chicago. He was a mechanical engineer by trade and a jack of all trades. He served in the Navy Air Force Reserves and loved every minute of it. Ken had a 40 year long distinguished career as a Vice President of Remcor in Chicago. He was an avid boat, motorcycle and Indy car enthusiast. In the early 1970’s he started his own company, B & F Specialties. This company evolved into the design and manufacturing of the Bunkhouse Camper Trailers which became well known in the motorcycle industry countrywide. He also later became a member of The Christian Motorcycle Association. He retired and sold the business at 80 years old.

Ken’s passion was spending time with his family at their lake house in Wisconsin. He was strong-willed, determined and devoted. He had an enormous heart and a wonderful sense of humor. Ken was also a long-time member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Skokie. He was creative, an inventor, and extremely knowledgeable in all subjects. He could fix or build anything and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who couldn’t. He was a man who did it his way.

Ken was the most loved husband of Marylee Zeuschner for 71 years; loving father of Doreen (Tom) Eulberg, Sandra Bergquist, and Candace (Arthur) Mortensen; cherished grandfather of Eric (Lindsay) Eulberg, Ryan (Lindsay) Mortensen, Amanda (Joe) Weniger, Kelton Bergquist, Brittany (Patrick) Flaherty, William Bergquist, Callen (Dan) Migacz, Alex (Jessica) Mortensen; and dear great-grandfather of Emily, Ivan, Sydney, Maddox, Crosby, Kaylee, Adalyn, Ava, Ellie, Raegan, Emma, Brinley, Grayson.
